Oliver is a playful and loving 5 year old Maltese terrier mix with an amazingly cheerful disposition, despite his rough beginnings. Unfortunately, Oliver?s overall care and medical needs were severely neglected for years prior to arriving at GHS. Due to repeated ear infections that were left untreated for years, Oliver has significant scar tissue in both ears that will require a Bilateral Ear Ablation surgery to remedy. This surgery has been quoted at $xxxx-$xxxx, depending on where the surgery is performed. (This quote includes both ears, but cannot be performed locally - inquire for more details.). However, this surgery should resolve his ear problems for the rest of his life? another 7 to 10 years! Oliver loves to play, gets along great with all people and dogs, and still enjoys his human snuggle time. He is very smart and trainable, loves to follow you around, and is quickly learning his basic commands and manners. Visiting hours are Monday-Friday 2pm-5:30pm and on Saturday 1pm-5pm.
